Shipping and delivery:
Currently our company can only accommodate free ground shipping on order of 1000 or more; adult signature will be required upon receipt. All items are insured up to the point of acceptance by the recipient. The package will be considered accepted when any person receiving the package at the designated address signs for it from the delivering carrier. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you have placed your order over the weekend that is after 4 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on the next business day, which is Monday. Once you order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number. All orders over $1000 will require the customer’s signature on delivery.
