Shipping & Handling
The Chainary Inc. is happy to make every effort to accommodate your shipping requests. Currently our company can only accommodate free ground shipping on order of 1000 or more; adult signature will be required upon receipt. All items are insured up to the point of acceptance by the recipient. The package will be considered accepted when any person receiving the package at the designated address signs for it from the delivering carrier. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer. For additional information about returns, including procedures, please refer to our Return Policy.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives.
Signature Requirement
To ensure secure delivery, all orders require a customer signature upon receipt.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship only to street addresses and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address to avoid any delays.
International Shipping
Currently, Valliani Jewelers ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping services to international destinations soon.
Handling Time
Handling time refers to the preparation period for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, provided items are in stock and payment verification is complete.
Delivery Issues
If you experience delivery issues, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly. For concerns regarding product discrepancies, such as size or other expectations, we offer adjustments based on the specific circumstances.
